CWSI Fire Detection Products
As of January 16, 2019 Johnson Controls will no longer sell CWSI products for use in new systems. On March 25, 2019, installers will only be able to purchase a defined list of service products (spares) such as smoke detectors, repeater boards, batteries, etc. for a period of 7 years.

The parent owner of CWSI, Johnson Controls, has committed to support the existing customer base with service parts until 2026. While parts are available, customers should be aware of the sunset period and budget appropriately for system replacement.
