CWSI Fire Detection Products
As of January 16, 2019 Johnson Controls will no longer sell CWSI products for use in new systems. On March 25, 2019, installers will only be able to purchase a defined list of service products (spares) such as smoke detectors, repeater boards, batteries, etc. for a period of 7 years.

As of this past March 2026, The sunset of the CWSI product line is complete. Very limited parts are available, customers should be aware that once available parts are exhausted, system replacement will be unavoidable. Interceptor Technology Group (ITG) has a migration path to replace your wireless fire alarm system. If you own one of these systems, you should be making plans for replacement soon.
